‘Gruesome Twosome’
Who will be the worm face? Who will be the tail? Who the head? Gruesome Twosome depicts a mutated form; the legs of one, the arms of the other, and the elongated guts that joins them together. In this exhibition The Ryan Sisters explore ideas of duality, identity and body horror.
Exhibition to be opened by Linsey Gosper, gallery manager at Centre for Contemporary Photography.
The Ryan Sisters is a collaboration between sisters Pip and Natalie Ryan.
This exhibition was a recipient of the inaugral ‘Nicholas Projects Prize’ as apart of the 2016 Not Fair art fair.
